While Thrive Coffee is typically prepared with hot water, you can experiment with mixing it with cold water or milk if you prefer a chilled or creamier version. Keep in mind that the butter and MCT oil may not fully dissolve in cold liquids, so it’s best to add hot water first to make a loose paste, then add your cold liquid.
We recommend 2 heaped tablespoons per serving, which is roughly 20g.

Thrive Coffee is packed full of healthy fats, including MCT powder. While the powder is considered safe at the recommended dosage, some individuals may experience side effects, such as nausea. We recommend slowly introducing Thrive Coffee into your routine if you are not used to, or have sensitivities to, drinks with a higher fat content. Start with 1 heaped tablespoon (about 10g) a day, then work up to the recommended serving of 2 heaped tablespoons (20g).
